Edelrid Kaa Adjustable Lanyard
The KAA is a prefabricated haul system for tensioning systems or lifting people during rescues. In addition, as the KAA is certified to EN 354, it can be used for workplace stabilisation, as a restraint system (open/closed), and for controlled lowering. Its strap-based construction makes it the most compact and lightweight system on the market. Depending on the positioning, it offers a 4:1 or 5:1 lifting ratio with an efficiency of 91 %. The KAA is packaged compactly but ready for immediate use, so that no valuable time is lost when it is required. A swivel is provided at each end to prevent the system from twisting. The hand lever on the draw cord makes it easier to pull and can also be used as a lowering lever. The KAA is available in three lengths: 0.8, 1.5 and 4 m.
Petzl Naja - Friction Saver
Friction saver for tree care that is easily retrievable from the ground, with an integrated pulley and a strap with different adjustment positions.
Designed for tree care, the Naja friction saver allows the work rope to be set up without damaging the tree. The strap has four different adjustment positions to adapt to different branch diameters. Rope ascents and movement in the tree are optimized due to the high-efficiency pulley which facilitates rope glide at the anchor. The included retrieval ball makes the system easily retrievable from the ground.
