Abaris International was established in 2003 and has been supplying equipment to the Outdoor Professional within the UK and Internationally for over 15 years. We have built up a broad knowledge of the equipment used and the standards required to work safely within the Industry while meeting the required safety standards.
The Director of the company is level 3 IRATA qualified, Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Instructor, Certified Inspector of Working at Heights Equipment, Skylotec Approved Inspection and Service Agent for Milan CRD’s and BCU 4 Star Sea Kayak.
Abaris International are able to offer the following Services:
- Bespoke Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inspection services for companies involved in Working at Heights.
- Training session to the end user of in the use of various types of specialist rescue kits.
- Expedition Equipment Procurement Service for those venturing into some of the world’s most extreme environments.
- Skylotec Approved Inspection and service agents for the Skylotec Milan Constant Rate Descender (CDR) Rescue Device.
